Staff very welcoming to Mum and family / friends. Especially also to Dad, Julie and myself during our overnight stays. Nothing seemed too much trouble to them even though we almost ran them out of their supply of tea! Molly has asked me to add that she thanks them for trying to help. Thanks for giving Mum a little home from home at her end.
